HSYC breaks ground for addition to The Shelter of Hope

Last Friday, April 9, the Humane Society of Yates County broke ground on the addition of a 4,000-square -foot facility adjacent to the current shelter. The existing shelter, which was constructed in 2000, will be reworked and rehabbed to meet today's standards of care for cats, while the new facility will serve as housing for dogs and future clinic space.
Girl Scouts Raise $1,400+
This Girl Scout Troop found an amazing way to help our Shelter of Hope during these times. Troop 61087 raised over $1,400 in bottle and can donations AND made the doggies some delicious baked goods!

Fox Run Donates Wine Tasting Sales!

Due to weather, the fun event Dogs & Dogs was cancelled. Graciously, over the course of a few days surrounding the cancelled event, these wonderful ladies donated all wine tasting sales to our Shelter of Hope! They raised over $1,200!!! Keep a look out next summer (2021) for the 3rd Annual Dogs & Dogs event!
